Basic structure of the above two types is the same, it is consisted of rotor parts(3),
shell(2), cover(1), bottom plate(4), base(7), sliding support(8) and motor(6), etc. the
whole rotor is directly fixed on the conical section of the main shaft of the motor through
the taper hole in the center of the rotor, rotor is directly driven by the motor, motor is
fixed on the inner round side of the bottom plate by screw, shell is fixed on the outer
round side of the bottom plate by screw, on the shell there is equipped with a cover
which can be opened and closed. The accessory mentioned above form the dewaterer’s
body, the whole body is assembled on the three sliding spherical supports and the vibration
weaken facility of the base through the bottom plate. Water of the textile is removed by the
centrifugal force formed through the high-speed rotation of rotor.
TGZ type dewaterer is applies to the compatible cloth shelf to input and discharge the
material, it fits to handle the whole piece textiles. The shelf can be moved up and down.
TGD type dewaterer is applied to the filter filled with the raw material moved by the crane,
it fits to handle the set of the textiles.
